Rose you have been fantastic! From my first enquiry to my final pieces arriving this morning, the whole experience of being a customer of yours has been a delight. From me sending you my initial garbled email with references on etc, etc you took time out to make enquiries and look up my dress etc, in order to make the perfect accessories for me. I shall so look forward to wearing them on my wedding day and i shall be able to wear my jewellery again knowing it was created just for me.

Rose! Sorry it has taken a while. Ladies, if you want a bespoke tiara and fab service look no further. Rose designed me a tiara based on aspects of the ones I liked. She sent me several in different colours so i could try with my dress. Once I had decided, i simply paid and returned the other.
Where else will you get service like that? My tiara is fantastic - totally unique, and the whole process was hassle free. I would highly recommend Rose and her products. i get married a week on Friday and I can't wait to wear my tiara.

After hunting high and low for the right hair accessories for my Bridesmaids I fell upon Rose Crystal tips. The moment i placed the order I had an email from Rose to check the colour of the Bridesmaids hair so she could match the hair grips perfectly!! I dont know if you other Brides are the same but everything to do with organising a wedding has been so difficult and complicated. Rose Crystal tips seems to be the only exception to the rule!! Rose added in extra pearls for the girls clips and is even now sending me the Pearls for my Hair. Big thanks to Rose for makeing one bit of the Wedding planning easy and fuss free. Well Rose, what can I say????

You have been absolutely amazing. From the first phone call you put a slightly nervous bride totally at ease. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted and you made the most astounding, beautiful haircomb for me that matches my dress perfectly.

All four of the girls hairbands are gorgeous and you didn't even bat an eyelid when I changed my mind and wanted bands instead of clips!! I now have four bridesmaids who can't wait another 2 weeks to wear them.

All the pieces are detailed to match the dresses perfectly and so detailed it amazes me that a person can have so much patience. They all came packaged stunningly in the pink boxes, it's like Christmas opening them!

It isn't just brilliant service that you get with Rose. She is there to listen to all your ideas and turn them into reality. She has listened to all my fears and insecurities, laughed at the funny bits and been a shoulder to cry on when things have got stressful. Not only do I have the hairclip of my dreams, I have also gained a wonderful friend. Words cannot describe how highly I would recommend Rose and her craftwork.
