How do I order?
Well there are several ways in which you can order from us.
You can buy online using our Secure Shopping Cart system - by simply clicking on the 'Add to Cart' option for the item you wish to purchase. When you have finished shopping click on 'View Cart' button, where you will then be presented with a summary of the item(s) you have selected for purchase - you can then choose whether or not to proceed with your purchase and select the appropriate payment method.
Alternatively you can download a printable order form - Microsoft Word format or Adobe Acrobat Format and then post it to us at the address listed below.
What payment options do you accept?
In order to make your shopping experience with us as hassle free and easy as possible, we accept a variety of payment methods and options.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
We make all of our Tiaras, Jewellery and Grips to order,
so please allow us 14 days to complete your order. It is also important to
give us as much information as possible - with swatches of fabric always
being the best possible way of producing a colour match.

If you have any special requirements or ideas of your own,

We are more than happy to work with you to create your dream accessories
for your special day.
Are you able to send samples before I purchase anything?
We are also always happy to send out bead and flower samples,
please contact us using our online contact form if you wish to receive some.
Do you have a returns policy?
If you are not completely satisifed with your order, we are more than happy to either change it or give you a full refund. As we understand how difficult it is to buy your accessories without your dress. The only condition we have regarding refunds is that items are returned WITHIN 7 days and in the same conditioned as they were received.
